Birth Basics Course
Birth education classes are designed to give you confidence and the ability to make informed decisions about your birth.
Birth Basics classes cover signs of labour, pain relief options, when to go to hospital, birthing positions, birth planning, and lots more.
One Day Workshop of 1 x 5 hrs
Small Group Classes: $250 (limits to 4 couples, light refreshments provided
Private Classes: $500 (in your home - including debrief of past birthing experiences)
